We guarantee: the house chosen by you and confirmed by our agency will be available on arrival, but we are not responsible if a room is not available for an unexpected situation afterthought. You can be sure that if this happens, owners will have a timely and appropriate solution.
So far we only collect online in advance a small amount of money to guarantee your booking at any accommodation, you'll pay the rest directly to the owners on arrival in USD, EUR or other international currency accepted in Cuba (NOT in Cuban Peso), we are in direct connection with them. About this subject (online payment), we have enabled an excellent platform for online payments, then you can pay using this channel. Once we agree all conditions and budget we will advise you how to do it.
***Usually when a reservation is for more than 3 nights, the house owners demands us / clients the payment online in advance of the 1st night, so payment can be easily made in 2 steps. Once payment is completed, CubaBookingRoom will issue a NEW confirmation voucher containing payment information.
All properties we advertise and work with, have Cuban government permission for this activity and pay taxes.

How to BOOK a Property (accommodation) in CubaBookingRoom website?
Reservations requests will be made through the completion of the booking form we have implemented for each property on the website. Fields marked with (*) are required. After introducing the required data, you must press the "Book & Wait Confirmation" button (you don’t have to pay in advance). We encourage all our visitors, whenever it is possible, make their reservations in advance as long as possible.
**FOR CASH PAYMENTS ONLY**
1- When we get the information you have submitted, a travel agent immediately gets in touch with the homeowner with the purpose of verify the availability of your reservation request.
2- We will contact you back by e-mail within 24 hours to notify about availability and confirm the reservation. If the selected property doesn’t have availability for the requested dates (nights), we will recommend another similar, which will be submitted to consideration.
3- You should send the flight details and arrival time for booking CONFIRMATION on your side.

5- After we send our confirmation voucher it's of Vital Importance your notification after receive it, only after that the booking process will be completed, else we would have to CANCEL the reservation . We just need a sentence from you letting us know you get it.
6- VERY IMPORTANT: If you have your first reservation with us after landing you don't have to do this, but if you are already in Cuba a few day/s a go, you must call to the "Casa" 24 - 48 hours in advance in order to re-confirm your reservation. You should let the owner know how are you going to get there (Viazul, Taxi or Rented Car) and your Arrival Time.
7- SUPER IMPORTANT: If this reservation is not your first lodging entering the country, we need the name and phone number of where you will stay the previous days, as long as the lodging is not booked with our agency, in that case we have all information.
**FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS ONLY**
1- You will receive by email a payment request, which contains the button to perform the online payment. This button doesn't expire, so you always will be able to do the payment.
2- The booking confirmation by our agency will be notified by email, in which the Cuba Booking Room Voucher will be attached. It’s very important to print and show it to the home owner as proof of your reservation and payment. If you don't have our Voucher, you have to contact us as fast as you can. We hope you don't have to do it.

You do not need to send an advance deposit. We reserve the property for you. Please if any change occurs, contact us and we can book the house to someone else.
The owners, as payment for their services only accepts cash. Prices are per room per night in USD or EUR (US Dollar or Euro), or other international currency accepted in Cuba.
The first or second day of your stay, you will pay the owner the amount contracted and reflected on the voucher.
After checking availability of the chosen property, you only need to confirm, to send the flight details and arrival time. By us, we will send voucher with the contracted services. Remember to print it!
The scheduled start of your trip begins on the date of arrival to Cuba based on the Flight Data you sent. If any changes occurs which prevents carrying out your trip or just a last minute change of plans, you need to let us know at least 72 hours in advance arriving to Cuba via e-mail, to use availability and lease the property to another customer.
NO SHOW AND PENALTIES
1- If there is any problem with your airline which prevents you occupy the room upon arrival and you arrive the next day, you must also pay for the 1st night. This is not the responsibility of the agency or "Casa Particular".
2- Once you are in Cuba, and you want to expand your stay at any of the destinations we advertise and this affects the reservation agreement in one of our properties in another destination, for example: you booked 2 nights in Trinidad and then 3 nights in Viñales, but want an extra night in Trinidad, you must also pay the 1st night in Viñales when you arrive to this house.
3- If you want to cancel your accommodation previously booked within the last 72 hours before the service, we will charge 100% of the value of the 1st night of this service.
