Service conditions:
- Supplements for special dates (end of the year Dec/22 to Jan/02, Holy Week): 15.00 USD plus the published prices here on website.
- Late night drive penalty: from 21:00 to 05:00 hrs, from Havana Airport / Varadero Airport [flight arrival time]: 10.00 USD in Minivan Car.
- Late night drive penalty: from 22:00 to 05:00 hrs, from Havana Airport / Varadero Airport [flight arrival time]: 5.00 USD in Standar Car.
- Night drive penalty: from 19:00 to 22:00 hrs, from city to city: 10.00 USD in Standard or Minivan Car.
- Penalty for long waits at Airport: 10.00 USD extra for each hour of waiting after 3 hours. In other words, for airport pick-ups, the customer has the right to delay up to 3 hours. If for any reason, the client doesn't meet the driver during this period, the driver will charge 10.00 USD for each extra hour of waiting. In this aspect, waiting for currency exchange is not taken into account.
- Penalty for waiting at extra stops during transfers: The client will be charged with extra 10.00 USD for each hour of waiting at stops during transfers. If there are several stops of less than 1 hour each, the time of each stop is added.
We do accept online Payments. Once we confirm your booking, we'll advise you how to do it. Credit and/or Debit Cards are accepted.
