Hotels Rules

CubaBookingRoom also manages reservations at different types of "Hotels and Resorts" all around Cuba. All your booking requests will be carefully attended by one of our travel agents, replying them as soon as possible (within 24 hours).

You must know:

1- All published prices are in USD - United States Dollar, per Person per Night.
2- The validity of dates and prices are on request, the published "from price" is the minimum price for a room type in a specific season.
3- All confirmed reservations must be (100% paid online in advance), through an excellent online payment platform. Once we agree all conditions and budget we will advise you how to do it.
4- All online payments will be made in EUR - Euro currency (if your card storage your money in other currency, the payment platform will automatically apply the current exchange rate). With this system you can feel safe, everything works perfectly and fast.
5- After completing payment you will receive a confirmation voucher by email as proof of confirmation of the requested service/s. You must print it.
6The voucher is non-transferable. Loss, damage or amendments to be made to it invalidates the right to enjoy the service.
7- A person to be considered a Child, must be any children between 2 and 11,99 years of age, between 0 and 1,99 years of age children are free of charge.
8- The customer is responsible for the custody of their means and values during the development of the whole program, Cuba Booking Room is not responsible for belongings left behind or forgotten in hotels.
9- The customer must carry in the course of the tour their personal identity document (Passport, Identity card / minor card).
10- The hotel will deliver the room (check-in) at 16:00 hrs. the day of arrival (earlier if the room is ready). The departure time (check-out) will be at 12:00 hrs. on the last day. Late check-out are managed by clients, directly at hotels.
11- All offers and prices are subject to change for reasons beyond our control, but if you made the purchase before the price change, will be respected the original.


In this page when 0 - 2 years is expressed refers to children's age between 1 day old and the day before 2 years old.
When expressed 2 and up to 12 years refers to children's age between 2 years and the day before the age of 12 years, which the 12 year olds and older are considered adults.
The age for children discount apply, they must be within a range of the abovementioned at the time to enjoy the program, i.e. the date on which he/she will stay at the hotel, not at the time of the purchase.

How to BOOK a Hotel in CubaBookingRoom website?

1- Reservations requests will be made through the completion of the booking form we have implemented for each hotel on the website. Fields marked with (*) are required. After introducing the required data, you must press the "Book & Wait Confirmation" button (you don’t have to pay in advance, payment is after confirmation of the reservation). We encourage all our visitors, whenever it is possible, make their reservations in advance as long as possible.

2- You will receive by email a payment request, which contains the button to perform the online payment, so you will be able to pay easily in 2 steps.

3- The booking confirmation by our agency will be notified by email, in which the confirmation voucher will be attached. It’s very important to print it. If you don't have our Voucher, you have to contact us as fast as you can. We hope you don't have to do it.

By you: After checking availability of the chosen hotel, you only need for confirmation, to complete the payment procedure through the previously payment button given.

By us: We'll send the confirmation voucher with the contracted services. Remember to print it!


When cancellation is made up to 72 hours before the reservation, the customer is refunded 100%.

If the cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the start date of the service, the customer is penalized with 50% of the first night.

When on the same day or no show penalizes the customer with the amount representing the value of the first night.
